Eye-Con

I cannot live without liquid eyeliner, my face needs it to venture into the public without looking half dead, but as much as I love you Illamasqua Precision Ink, I've been getting a bit bored as of late, so on Friday I sucked it up dared to buy something a little different, gold liquid eyeliner, outrageous, I know. I wore it to work yesterday and absolutely love it, it gives your eyes that bit of extra sparkle - although I still put some precision ink in the mix, just you know, to put my mind at ease... 

So in light of my brave buy, I've conjured some images from my Pinterest 'Eyes' board to share with you. I adore the make up in these photographs, they're beautiful and unique, two words I should probably put more effort into trying to look.

Like red, but not quite

There's no real point to this post, I just can't decide whether or not my pale skin would suit orange or pink blusher better, or does it just depend on the occasion? I don't know, but yes, my trivial thought has themed this blog post. To try and add some real context to this post, I think the colours look beautiful together and reflect the unusually tropical weather we seem to be having. They're also key hues for 2013, get me.

Beneath The Surface

I've just booked my second holiday abroad for this summer and I cannot wait, I haven't been on a beach holiday in two years, so much relaxation to be had. My excitement for summer and all of its bright colours involved has led to this blog post surrounding the world that lives beneath the oceans. Looking at the theme of underwater makes me excited about the summer and reminds me of one of my favourite days out with James at the London Aquarium. Sometimes I think I'd quite like to be a mermaid.

Silence

Most of my time is spent around technology and social media. With my social media internship and a personal count of nearly 15,000 tweets, I thought I'd take some time to look at things other than the digital chaos that I surround myself with... on a blog, on a laptop, which is technology... Contradictory, no?
