Like anyone else, I love anything free but I also have a lot of issues with foundation due to my vampire-like paleness. My flatmate told me about Maybelline's free try of their new Fit Me foundation so I registered on their website and picked my shade (obviously the lightest) but nothing turned up for a few weeks but then this little gift appeared in the post.
It's not much to get excited over but I love when brands do this, I think it makes them more likeable and it's just that added touch to tip you over the edge and spend money that you shouldn't. The packaging was really sweet & thoughtful and the foundation is great. Maybelline was never a brand I really looked at but now I'll definitely be browsing its counter in the future.
